Publication Notice definition

Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.

Publication Notice means the proposed short form notice, in substantially the same form attached as part of Exhibit B hereto as well as attached to the Proposed Preliminary Approval Order, to be approved by the Court and to be published in accordance with Section 8.2 of this Agreement.

Publication Notice or “Summary Notice” means the Summary Notice, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-3, to be published as set forth in the Preliminary Approval Order.
