Public Sale definition

Public Sale means any sale pursuant to a registered public offering under the Securities Act or any sale to the public pursuant to Rule 144 promulgated under the Securities Act effected through a broker, dealer or market maker.
Public Sale means a public sale after advertisement of each motor vehicle in at least 2 successive publications in a newspaper having general circulation in the village, city, or township in which the sale is to be held. The advertisement shall disclose the place where the motor vehicle is stored and may be inspected, the date, time, and place of the sale, and the make, model, and serial number of the vehicle.
Public Sale means any sale of Common Stock to the public pursuant to an offering registered under the Securities Act or pursuant to the provisions of Rule 144 (or any successor or similar rule) adopted under the Securities Act.

Public Sale means any sale of Stockholder Shares to the public pursuant to an offering registered under the Securities Act or to the public through a broker, dealer or market maker pursuant to the provisions of Rule 144 adopted under the Securities Act.
