Designated Date means September 30, 2006.
fixed date means the date fixed in terms of section 1(2) as the date of commencement of this Act;
Dated Date means the date of delivery of the Bonds.
Required Date means the date given a Registered Entity in a notice from the Compliance Enforcement Authority by which some action by the Registered Entity is required.
Specified Date means any Redemption Date, any Payment Date for an Offer to Purchase or any date on which the Notes first become due and payable after an Event of Default.
Bid Date means the date fixed for receipt of Bids as per Notice Inviting Bids or as extended by subsequent notification(s).
Proposed Transfer Notice means written notice from a Key Holder setting forth the terms and conditions of a Proposed Key Holder Transfer.
Appointed Date means the date of this Agreement.
Proposed Plan As defined in Section 3.17(a)(iii).
Drop Dead Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(b)(i).
Proposal date as referenced herein shall mean the local date and time specified in the proposal documents.
Qualification Deadline has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii).
Proposed decision means the presiding officer’s recommended findings of fact, conclusions of law, decision, and order in a contested case in which the administrator did not preside.
Last Audited Date means December 31, 2004.

Scheduled Issued Date or "SID" means the date the order is entered into Qwest's order distribution system.
Proposed Transaction is defined in Section 6.2(a).
Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).
Rescheduled Closing Day shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(7).
Proposed Transfer means any assignment, sale, offer to sell, pledge, mortgage, hypothecation, encumbrance, disposition of or any other like transfer or encumbering of any Transfer Stock (or any interest therein) proposed by any of the Stockholders.
Proposed Contract means the agreement including any other terms and conditions contained in or referred to in this RFP that may be executed between the DBSA and the successful Bidder.
Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.
Closing Day means (a) the Restatement Date and (b) with respect to any Accepted Note, the Business Day specified for the closing of the purchase and sale of such Accepted Note in the Confirmation of Acceptance for such Accepted Note, provided that (i) if the Company and the Purchaser which is obligated to purchase such Accepted Note agree on an earlier Business Day for such closing, the “Closing Day” for such Accepted Note shall be such earlier Business Day, and (ii) if the closing of the purchase and sale of such Accepted Note is rescheduled pursuant to Section 3.2, the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, for all purposes of this Agreement except references to “original Closing Day” in Section 2.7(b), shall mean the Rescheduled Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note.
Looked after means all those currently in the care of a Local Authority or accommodated by a Local Authority under the terms of the Children Act 1989 and children who were previously in the care of or accommodated by a Local Authority but immediately after being looked after, became subject to an adoption, a child arrangements order or special guardianship order.
Extension Deadline means, with respect to a letter of credit, the Cutoff Time on the Business Day preceding the day on which the letter of credit expires.
Minimum Offering Notice means a written notification, signed by Broker, pursuant to which the Broker shall represent (1) that subscriptions for the Minimum Offering have been received, (2) that, to the best of Broker’s knowledge after due inquiry and review of its records, Cash Investment Instruments in full payment for that number of Shares equal to or greater than the Minimum Offering have been received, deposited with and collected by NCPS, (3) and that such subscriptions have not been withdrawn, rejected or otherwise terminated, and (4) that the Subscribers have no statutory or regulatory rights of rescission without cause or all such rights have expired.
