Project Manuals means, collectively, the PIM and the PAFAM.

Project Manuals means the PIM, the MEM, and the AFAM, collectively;

Project Manuals means those manuals prepared by Contractor for use by Owner or its designated operator in connection with the operation, maintenance of and training on the Project that conform to the requirements of Exhibit A.

• Produce Project Manuals, Reports, and other permanent records in an electronic word processing format that can be read by Microsoft Office 2013, Microsoft Office 365 or newer.

• The Architect shall furnish and distribute Bid Documents (Drawings and Project Manuals which shall also be the Contract Documents) to prospective bidders in accordance with the Advertisement for Bids and the Manual of Procedures.

More Definitions of Project Manuals

Project Manuals means collectively: the PIM, the procurement manual and the financial management manual.

Project Manuals means: (a) for Part A of the Project, the Recipient’s manuals entitled : (i) « Procédures de mise en œuvre du programme d’appui au développement sanitaire», dated July 2005 ; and (ii) « Xxxxxx de procédures administratives, financières et comptables du UG PADS », dated November 2008; and (b) for Part B of the Project, the Recipient’s manuals entitled: (i) «Xxxxxx d’exécution et de gestion des fonds communs SIDA», dated November 8, 2007; and (ii) « Xxxxxx des procédures de gestion administrative, financière et comptable du SP/CNLS-IST » dated June 2007; as said manuals may be modified from time to time.

Project Manuals means the PIM and the PFAM.

Project Manuals means, collectively, the Recipient’s Project implementation manual for the Project entitled “Xxxxxx d’Exécution” dated June 2003 and the Recipient’s manual for the Project entitled “Xxxxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx de Gestion Administrative, Financière et Comptable” dated December 2003, as updated in May 2008.

Project Manuals means the Project Implementation Manual, the FEXMA Manual, and the LCA Manual; and

Project Manuals means collectively the Recipient’s manual entitled Xxxxxx de de Procédures de la MEBF and the Recipient’s manual entitled Xxxxxx de Procédures du Fonds de Soutien à Xxxxx Partagés giving details of operational guidelines for the Project, including: (i) eligibility criteria for the provision of Matching Grants such as, inter alia, criteria related to the Beneficiaries, and criteria related to the Sub-projects to be financed in part from the proceeds of a Matching Grant; (ii) procedures for submission and processing of Matching Grant applications; (iiii) model form of the Matching Grant Agreement; and

Project Manuals means the operational manual and supporting handbooks, as well as the implementation, administration, and accounting manuals for the implementation of all the components of the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, referred to in paragraph 1 (b) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and containing, inter alia, disbursement and procurement arrangements, work plans, training plans, the monitoring and performance indicators set forth in Schedule 6 to this Agreement, and procedures to be used for the purposes of implementation of the Project, as they may be amended from time to time, in consultation with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Manuals;
