Project Executing Agency wherever it appears in the Loan Regulations shall be substituted by the term “Program Executing Agency”.

Project Executing Agency or “EA” for purposes and within the meaning of the Loan Regulations means the MPWT or any legal successor thereto acceptable to ADB;

Project Executing Agency for the purposes of, and within the meaning of, the Loan Regulations means MOH or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB, which is responsible for the carrying out of the Project;

Examples of Project Executing Agency in a sentence

• The Recipient and the Project Executing Agency shall (i) comply with the Anticorruption Policy and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (ii) cooperate with any such investigation by ADB and extend all necessary assistance, including providing access to all relevant books and records for the satisfactory completion of such investigation.

• The Recipient and the Project Executing Agency shall (a) make public the existence of this grievance review mechanism; and (b) proactively and constructively review and address grievances of affected people in relation to the Project and Sub-projects.

• Within ninety (90) days from the Effective Date, the Recipient and the Project Executing Agency shall establish a grievance review mechanism, acceptable to ADB, to receive and facilitate resolution of affected peoples’ concerns, complaints, and grievances about the Project’s environmental and resettlement impacts.

Project Executing Agency means, for the purposes and within the meaning of the Loan Regulations, MoIPSI and any legal successor thereto as agreed to by ADB, which is responsible for the carrying out of the Project;

Project Executing Agency for the purposes of, and within the meaning of, the Loan Regulations means each and any of the State and the DISCOMs or, in each case, any legal successor thereto acceptable to ADB;

Project Executing Agency means any entity responsible for the carrying out of the Project as specified in the Grant Agreement;

Project Executing Agency for the purposes of, and within the meaning of, the Grant Regulations means MOE or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB, which is responsible for the carrying out of the Project;

Project Executing Agency for the purposes of, and within the meaning of, the Loan Regulations means the Borrower;
