Program Review means a systematic method of analyzing components of an instructional program, including instructional practices, aligned and enacted curriculum, student work samples, formative and summative assessments, professional development and support services, and administrative support and monitoring;
Program Review. The Provider will submit, with this Addendum, a written statement describing the services and objectives of the agency including a description of the target population and the program(s) offered. The Provider must be able to provide documentation upon request to the Buyer to verify compliance of services and objectives, and will have a maximum of two days to supply any information that was unavailable at the time of the request.
