Production Suite definition

Production Suite means a production facility and associated common space that is validated and meets FDA standards and applicable guidelines.
Production Suite means the plant, equipment, and other physical assets of Solvay sufficient for the manufacture of an annual unit amount [*] of Bulk Product through a complete production cycle. A complete production cycle is considered to start with [*] and end with [*]. A Production Suite shall be considered "New" until, for the first two New Production Suites, the [*] and for additional New Production Suites, the end of the [*] following a request by COR, duly accepted by Solvay, for the establishment of such New Production Suite pursuant to Article 2.3.
