Production Budget definition

Production Budget means a budget detailing the expenditure items for the production of the Programme prepared by the Company and approved by RTHK and attached hereto as Schedule II.
Production Budget means the budget used by the qualified taxpayer and production company and shall include, but is not limited to, Above-The-Line costs including wages, and Below-The-Line costs including post-production, insurance, rights, and music and clip licensing fees. Production budget shall include wages, goods, and services performed and incurred within and outside of California. It does not include costs which are not directly associated with the pre-production, production or post-production of the project, such as: distribution prints and advertising, marketing, film festival participation, financing or distribution costs such as theater rentals and DVD manufacturing.
Production Budget means the total budgeted cost of the Production.

Examples of Production Budget in a sentence

  • If at the time of exercise of Purchaser’s option, the Production Budget is not set, then the minimum amount set forth above will be paid to Owner upon exercise of the Option and adjusted as necessary upon commencement of principle photography.

  • If any of the following Critical Path Deadlines are not met, the Production Schedule and/or Production Budget may be effected.

Production Budget means the budget used by the applicant and production company and shall include qualified and non-qualified expenditures. Production budget shall include wages, goods, and services performed and incurred within and outside of California. It does not include costs, which are not directly associated with the preproduction, production or postproduction of the project, such as, but not limited to, distribution prints and advertising, marketing, film festival participation, financing, or distribution costs such as DVD manufacturing.‌
