Proceeding pending means all ministerial, administrative and legislative matters, potential contracts, current contracts and expired or terminated contracts for a subsequent period of 12 months. (Added 10/29/1998) (Amended 06/04/15)
Proceeding pending means all ministerial, administrative and legislative matters, potential contracts, current contracts and contracts with the Board that have expired or terminated within the past twelve (12) months.
