Primary Listing definition

Primary Listing means the single directory listing provided to Customers by Publisher under the terms of this Agreement. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to xxxx for an available time among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing. “Proprietary Information” is as defined in Article 20, Section 20.1.1.
Primary Listing means the single White Pages directory listing for residence and business Customers provided by CBT, and the basic Yellow Pages directory listing provided for business Customers by Publisher. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to xxxx for an available line among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing.
Primary Listing means one appearance of a Subscriber's name, address and telephone number in the White Pages covering the Service Area where such customer has local exchange telephone service.

  • Verizon shall include each GNAPs Customer’s Primary Listing in the appropriate alphabetical directory and, for business Customers, in the appropriate classified (Yellow Pages) directory in accordance with the directory configuration, scope and schedules determined by Verizon in its sole discretion, and shall provide initial distribution of such directories to such GNAPs Customers in the same manner it provides initial distribution of such directories to its own Customers.


More Definitions of Primary Listing

Primary Listing means a Customer’s primary name, address, and telephone number. Listings of Onvoy’s Customers shall be interfiled with listings of Frontier’s Customers and the Customers of other LECs included in the Frontier directories. Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s Tariffed charges for additional, foreign, and other listings products (as documented in local Tariff) for Onvoy’s Customers.

Listings of Xxxxxxxxxx’s Customers shall be interfiled with listings of Verizon’s Customers and the Customers of other LECs included in the Verizon directories. Listings of Ymax’s Customers shall be interfiled with listings of Verizon’s Customers and the Customers of other LECs included in the Verizon directories.
