More Definitions of Prevailing Wage

Prevailing Wage. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 18.10 of this Agreement.
Prevailing Wage means the Base Hourly Rate of Pay plus the Fringe Benefit Credit which are listed on the General Wage Decisions (Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations) developed by the U.S. Department of Labor and adopted by the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training.

Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Consultant shall be required to ensure its workers are paid all travel and/or subsistence payments as required under Labor Code sections 1773.1 and 1773.9 to the extent applicable.
