Policies definition

Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

Policies means insurance policies and insurance Contracts of any kind (other than life and benefits policies or Contracts), including primary, excess and umbrella policies, comprehensive general liability policies, director and officer liability, fiduciary liability, automobile, aircraft, property and casualty, business interruption, workers’ compensation and employee dishonesty insurance policies, bonds and self-insurance and captive insurance company arrangements, together with the rights, benefits and privileges thereunder.

Policies have meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2 hereof.

Examples of Policies in a sentence

• In the event there is conflict between the terms of the DPA and the Service Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, or with any other bid/RFP, license agreement, or writing, the terms of this DPA shall apply and take precedence.

• In the event of a conflict, definitions used in this DPA shall prevail over terms used in any other writing, including, but not limited to the Service Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies etc.

• For purposes of such examinations and audits, at the request of the Fund, DST will use all reasonable efforts to make available, during normal business hours of DST’s facilities, all records and Policies solely as they directly pertain to DST’s activities under or pursuant to this Agreement.

• The Company shall at all times be in compliance with its Investment Policies, except to the extent that the failure to so comply would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

• Nothing in this section shall be construed so as to deprive any employee of additional sick leave rights under other sections of this contract or the Policies and Regulations of the Board of Trustees for absence due to illness or injury from pregnancy.
