Pledged Bonds definition

Pledged Bonds means any Bond at any time purchased, in whole or in part, with the proceeds of a draw on the Letter of Credit upon tender of such Bond and held by the Trustee as nominee for the Bank pursuant to the provisions of Section 305 of the Indenture.
Pledged Bonds means the related series of Bonds and any other Mortgage Bonds issued to secure Securities subject to the release provisions provided herein or in any other supplemental indenture to the Original Indenture.
Pledged Bonds has the meaning assigned to that term in the Pledge Agreement.

  • The Pledge shall not be affected by the number and/or denomination of any Pledged Bonds being inaccurate or incomplete.

More Definitions of Pledged Bonds

Pledged Bonds means unsold or repurchased Bonds held now or in the future in the name of the Issuer on the Issuance Account (defined as Issuer-Owned Bonds in the Terms and Conditions).
