Platform Rules definition

Platform Rules refers to normative documents related to the Platform noticed to Party B by Party A by E-mail or other means as well as the various normative documents published on the Platform such as the Code of Conduct in Integrity Management for Cooperative Partner of Xiaoju Online Ride-hailing Marketplace, Regulations on Vehicle Rental Service Business of Xiaoju Online Ride-hailing Marketplace and Code of Conduct and Risk Notification of Vehicle Service Company.
Platform Rules means as defined in paragraph 5.
Platform Rules means any policies and / or rules, in addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable in respect of access to and / or use of the Overledger Platform or the wider Overledger Ecosystem as set out at [xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxxxxxx/aup] from time to time;

Examples of Platform Rules in a sentence

  • Party A is entitled to develop and revise the Platform Rules pursuant to the operation of the Platform.

  • The new Platform Rules shall become effective as of the effective date specified in the Platform Rules, and Party B shall strictly abide by the new Platform Rules as of the effective date.

  • In the event of any inconsistence between the Platform Rules and this Agreement, the Platform Rules shall prevail.

  • If Party B rejects the new Platform Rules, it shall send a written application for the termination of this Agreement to Party A within 10 days from the date of receipt of such notice.

  • If Party B signs this Agreement and uses the Platform, it shall accept to be bound by the Platform Rules.

  • If Party B fails to terminate this Agreement or continue to log in and use the Platform within such 10-day period, it shall be deemed to agree to the new Platform Rules.

  • For the development and revision of the Platform Rules that may affect Party B’s rights and obligations, Party A will notify Party B in writing via email 10 days prior to the implementation of the new Platform Rules, and Party B shall decide whether to continue to perform this Agreement within 10 days from the date of receipt of the notice via email.

  • During the term of cooperation, Party B shall, through the Platform provided by Party A, present to the Driver User the vehicle for rental solutions in line with this Agreement between Party A and Party B and the Platform Rules.

  • Issuer acknowledges and agrees that transactions executed on the Platform may need to be reversed or cancelled (a “Cancellation”) if INXS determines that such Cancellation is necessary to: (i) comply with a request from a legal or regulatory body or the Platform Rules, (ii) maintain a fair and orderly market or (iii) otherwise protect the integrity of the Platform and its users.

  • If Party B fails to propose the termination of this Agreement or continues to log in and use the Platform within such 10-day period, it shall be deemed to agree to the new Platform Rules.


More Definitions of Platform Rules

Platform Rules refers to the Guyu Platform Rules, Driver Service Company Management Practices, Driver User Consulting Service Standards, Driver Service Company Incentive Rules and other normative documents in connection with the Platform, of which Party B is informed by Party A via e-mail or in other forms, and normative documents published by Party A on the Platform.
Platform Rules means the rules as set out herein, including, save where expressly indicated otherwise, Directives and Notices, as the same may be varied, amended or supplemented from time to time, and “Rule” means any of the rules set out herein.
Platform Rules means any and all advertising policies, standards or rules applied by any third party social media or other platform or network;
Platform Rules refers to the Xinghai Platform Rules, this Agreement and all appendixes hereto, and other normative documents in connection with the Platform of which Party A notifies Party B via e-mail or in other forms, and the normative documents published by Party A on the Platform.

Related to Platform Rules

  • AIM Rules means the rules published by the London Stock Exchange governing admission to AIM and the regulation of AIM companies as amended or re-issued from time to time;

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Electronic Defense Weapon means a weapon which by electronic impulse or current is capable of immobilizing a person temporarily, but is not capable of inflicting death or serious physical injury, including a stun gun or other conductive energy device.

  • IESO Market Rules means the rules made under section 32 of the Electricity Act, 1998 (Ontario), together with all market manuals, policies and guidelines issued by the IESO.
