PHS definition

PHS means the Public Health Service of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and any components of the PHS to which the authority involved may be delegated, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
PHS means the RCR STD 28 compatibility standard developed in Japan and known as the Personal Handyphone Standard, as amended from time to time.
