Phase 2B definition

Phase 2B shall have the meaning assigned in Section 1.1(a)(vi).

Phase 2B shall refer to that portion of Building 2 consisting of approximately 46,474 rentable square feet (44,840 usable square feet) located on the fourth floor and shown on the Site Plan.

Phase 2B means the third phase of the Corporation’s Christina Lake Project which commenced production in 2013 with an initial bitumen production design capacity of approximately 35,000 bbls/d

• Acceleron shall Manufacture all Clinical Supplies for Phase 1 Clinical Trials, Phase 2A Clinical Trials and Phase 2B Clinical Trials.

• The Premises, together with Phase 2B, were constructed by Landlord; and are located in two connected four-story buildings containing an aggregate of approximately 390,000 square feet, consisting of approximately 171,965 square feet of rentable area for office and laboratory research and development and two lower stories primarily of parking (collectively, the “Buildings” and each a “Building”).

More Definitions of Phase 2B

Phase 2B means all the work concerning the detailed design, specification, construction, completion, operation and maintenance of a toll road extending between Williamsfield and Montego Bay, with the exception of the Montego Bay bypass;

Phase 2B. DESIGN (IMPLEMENTATION) The actual electrical, circuit schematics, and mechanical design and implementation is performed in Phase 2B. The output of Phase 2B is a functional prototype. This functional prototype is intended to be a faithful representation of the product, including actual molded materials, electronics and software. During this phase, the Outgoing Inspection Procedure from Aspect is also defined. PHASE 3: VERIFICATION Design verification testing of software, electronics and mechanical components is performed in Phase 3. Additionally EMI testing of the system is performed in this phase of the project. Aspect will perform an [**] of the [**] as a [**] with the BIS Module. Clinical field trials are started in Phase 3. It is anticipated that field trials of the BIS Module System will be conducted in [**] hospitals in Europe and [**] hospitals in the US. The completion of field trials occurs by the end of Phase 4. During this phase, results of the Qualification Tests and Outgoing Inspection will also be reviewed for all prototypes.

Phase 2B means the phase of the Project in respect of the Railway which will comprise of a Western Leg and an Eastern Leg. The Western Leg (subject to a post- consultation route decision) connects to Phase 2a south of Crewe and continues to Manchester with new stations at Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport and a connection to the West Coast Main Line (WCML) at Golborne, reducing journey times further to places further north including Edinburgh and Glasgow. The Eastern Leg (subject to a post-consultation route decision) connects to Phase One at Xxxxxxx and continues to Leeds, with new stations at Leeds and the East Midlands Hub, a spur from the HS2 main line onto the Midland Main Line (MML) to Sheffield Midland, and a connection onto the East Coast Main Line (ECML) at Church Xxxxxx will allow HS2 services to continue to places as far as Newcastle;

Phase 2B means the phase of the Project in respect of the Railway which will connect Birmingham to Manchester, Leeds, and other locations via the existing East and West Coast and Midland Main Lines, which will including new stations at Manchester Airport, Manchester Piccadilly, East Midlands Hub and Leeds.

As of the date of this Agreement, an Affiliate of the Redeveloper owns the Xxxxxx Press Site, and Redeveloper will need to acquire the Phase 2B Property as described herein; and
