Persons with Special Needs definition

Persons with Special Needs means Person with special needs as defined in Section 420.0004(13), F.S.

  • Additional requirements for the Link Units for Persons with Special Needs are described in Exhibit E of the RFA.

  • The Applicant may limit the leasing of units in a Development to the Elderly, Commercial Fishing Workers, the Homeless, Persons with Special Needs, or Farmworkers as permitted hereby.
