Performance Warranty definition

Performance Warranty means a warranty of the type described in section 34-32.5- 117 (2).
Performance Warranty shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
Performance Warranty is defined in Section 5.4(a).

Examples of Performance Warranty in a sentence

  • In case the machine is not attended to in respect to any defect developing during the warranty period and made functional, 10% Performance warranty security deposit and Bank Guarantee submitted against the release of 20% of balance payment shall be forfeited.

  • Any claims must be submitted, or risk forfeiture, in writing to FUTURASUN within fifteen (15) days from the date when a defect or non-conformity was discovered, or within and not later than fifteen (15) days from the expiration of the Product warranty or the Performance warranty.

  • Performance warranty for the power output is not included here but it shall be specifically elaborated in the "25 Year Limited Performance Warranty" section below.

  • Such depreciation will be calculated equal to 9%/annum, if the refund is provided within the first twelve (12) years, and equal to 4% annum, if the refund is provided within the twenty-fifth (25th) year.Any repair or replacement of PV Modules shall not increase the applicable Product and Performance warranty period.

  • Performance warranty for the power output is not included here but it shall be specifically elaborated in the "30 Year Limited Performance Warranty" section below.


More Definitions of Performance Warranty

Performance Warranty means the warranted percentages of out as set forth in Clause xyz of the Warranty as attached as Exhibit A.
