Performance Period definition

Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance-Based Award.
Performance Period means the period of time selected by the Board over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to and the payment of a Stock Award or a Performance Cash Award. Performance Periods may be of varying and overlapping duration, at the sole discretion of the Board.
Performance Period means that period established by the Committee at the time any Performance Award is granted or at any time thereafter during which any performance goals specified by the Committee with respect to such Award are to be measured.

Examples of Performance Period in a sentence

  • To the extent not vested by the last day of the Performance Period, the PSUs shall be forfeited to the Company without payment of any consideration therefor as of the last day of the Performance Period and your rights under this Agreement will terminate effective as of such date.

  • If your Service terminates during the Performance Period (other than a Qualifying Termination as described in the CIC Severance Plan), all vested and unvested PSUs will be forfeited to the Company without payment of any consideration therefor as of the date of such termination and your rights under this Agreement will terminate effective as of such date.

More Definitions of Performance Period

Performance Period means the period of time during which the performance goals must be met in order to determine the degree of payout and/or vesting with respect to an Award.
