Party Supplier definition

Party Supplier means a Third Party supplying any raw materials and commodities used in the manufacture of Products;

More Definitions of Party Supplier

Party Supplier means a service provider, including an Affiliate, from whom PCCW Global Networks procures services or service components in order to provide the Services to the Customer.

Supplier will then execute a FRSP or PRSP transaction with Buyer at a price equal to the Supplier's purchase price for the specified Energy blocks plus the difference between Supplier's initial FRSP or PRSP offer less the price Supplier quoted Buyer for the specified Energy blocks.
