Participating city definition

Participating city means a city participating in the Iowa main street program.
Participating city means the municipality which has entered into this agreement with the City of Fort Worth.
Participating city or “participating county” means a city or county or part of a county, or combination thereof, meeting the population requirements of ORS 468A.105 or having had such requirements waived under ORS 468A.110 that has joined with other eli- gible cities or counties or parts of counties to form a regional air quality control au- thority.
