Parliamentary Secretary definition

Parliamentary Secretary means a Parliamentary Secretary of the State and includes a Chief Parliamentary Secretary;

Parliamentary Secretary means a Member appointed as such by the Chief Minister;

Parliamentary Secretary means a Member so appointed or designated by the Chief Minister under any law for the time being in vogue;
