Overnight care definition

Overnight care means care for a child between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM, when four or more hours are during a child's normal sleeping hours.
Overnight care means care provided after 7 p.m. and through the night.
Overnight care means care to clients overnight where the employee receives reasonable rest periods during the night.

Overnight care means care after 1:00 a.m. for children enrolled at a facility and present during operating hours.
