Operating Standards definition

Operating Standards shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.
Operating Standards means the current policies and procedures that govern the operational provisions for the performance by Camelot of the services set out in the PMA (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time).
Operating Standards means the operating, certification and security standards and specifications of The Toronto-Dominion Bank, the Payment Card Networks, EMVCo LLC. and PCI Security Standards Council, LLC., collectively, as applicable;

Examples of Operating Standards in a sentence

  • The Signatory Airlines may propose an alternative modification to the Operating Standards to comply with such new Law or to conform to standards or practices generally adopted at Comparable Public Airports, as the case may be.

  • A modification by the Authority to the Operating Standards in accordance with Section 6.2 of the Lease Agreement that is reasonably likely to materially diminish or impair the rights of the Airlines under this Agreement or materially interfere with the Air Transportation Business of the Airlines at the Airport may not be effectuated without approval by an Airline MII (each Airline determining in its discretion whether to participate in such Airline MII).

More Definitions of Operating Standards

Operating Standards means the operation of the Hotel in a manner consistent with (i) the requirements under the License Agreement; (ii) the condition of the Hotel as of the Commencement Date (or, following completion of a Renovation, the condition of the Hotel as of the completion of the Renovation), normal wear and tear excepted; (iii) the condition and level of the operation of hotels of comparable class and standing to the Hotel in its market area; (iv) then current market conditions regarding rental rates and lease terms and conditions with respect to Hotels of comparable class and standing to the Hotel (including but not limited to the Competitive Set); (v) the requirements under the Lease; and (vi) then current business and management practices (including those related to compliance with Legal Requirements) applicable to the management, operation, leasing, maintenance and repair of a hotel comparable in size, character and location to the Hotel.
Operating Standards means the standards specified in the Manual for customer service, hours, required products and services, employee training, processing and tax preparation services.
Operating Standards means the rules, procedures and requirements as amended and supplemented from time to time, (initially as set forth in Schedule 4 to this Lease) governing the manner in which Tenant and others doing business in the Building shall operate and conduct their businesses and utilize the Premises and the Common Areas.

Operating Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.4. “Ordinary Storm” means a storm that is comparable to any storm in length or severity of its effect on the Airport that has occurred on or around the Airport within 10 years prior to the Bid Date; provided that in no event shall a Named Windstorm or tornado be deemed an Ordinary Storm.
Operating Standards means the operating standards document issued by OEM to the Stallholder and as updated from time to time.
