One Year Period definition

One Year Period has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.05(a) of this Agreement.
One Year Period means each twelve (12) calendar month period commencing the first day of the first full calendar month following the Conversion Date and the indication as to which twelve (12) month period is indicated will be with the addition of an ordinal number preceding the term One Year Period, e.g., First One Year Period, Second One Year Period, etc.
One Year Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.6(a).

Examples of One Year Period in a sentence

  • All warranty claims not made or initiated or for which written notice has not been given during the One Year Period are waived and barred and Buyer shall have no remedy on account of any such claim.

  • If OHFA does not present a Qualified Contract for a Development by the close of the One Year Period OHFA staff will at the next scheduled board meeting submit a resolution requesting the Board of Trustees release the Regulatory Agreement for the Development.

  • Nothing in this Article Four shall be construed as imposing an obligation on OHFA to present a Qualified Contract for the acquisition of the Development during the One Year Period or otherwise.

  • All claims under Seller’s Limited Xxxxxxxx must be in writing and made or initiated during the One Year Period.

  • Xxxxx’s failure to pay the Total Purchase Price when and as due under the Contract will not extend or toll the running of the One Year Period.


More Definitions of One Year Period

One Year Period means any period of 365 (366 in a leap year) consecutive days.
One Year Period has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04(a) hereof.
One Year Period means the period commencing at 12:01 a.m. London time on July 19, 2011 and ending at 11:59 p.m. London time on July 31, 2012;
