Officer or Officers definition

Officer or Officers means any Officer or Officers appointed as provided in Article 4.

More Definitions of Officer or Officers

Officer or Officers wherever used in this Agreement shall mean all Masters, Deck Officers and Engineer officers employed by the Company on vessels owned and operated and/or bareboat chartered by the Company. The term “vessel” shall not be deemed to include any floating drydock.
