Notice of Intent definition

Notice of Intent means a notice that an environmental impact statement will be prepared and considered. The notice shall briefly:
Notice of Intent means a notice sent to a licensee indicating the department’s intent to suspend, revoke, or deny renewal or issuance of a license.
