New Lease definition

New Lease. Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
New Lease. Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of REMIC I, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of REMIC I, if REMIC I has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
New Lease. Any lease of an Administered REO Property entered into at the direction of the Special Servicer, including any lease renewed, modified or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Special Servicer has the power to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

Examples of New Lease in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a New Lease is entered into, then the New Tenant will be entitled to such documents, provided however, the New Tenant will be obligated to deliver the same to Landlord at the expiration or earlier termination of the New Lease.

  • If this Lease terminates due to an Event of Default, and if at the date of such termination Tenant’s interest in this Lease is subject to a Mortgage, then the Mortgagee will have the option to obtain a new lease (a “New Lease”) in accordance with the terms of this Section 10.06, which New Lease will become effective upon the termination of this Lease.


More Definitions of New Lease

New Lease. As defined in Section 17.1(f).
