If the Bank and Borrower at any time wish to enter into any supplement, modification or amendment to any provision of this Agreement, any other New Document executed pursuant hereto or in connection herewith, and/or any other Loan Document, any such amendment, supplement or modification shall be in a writing duly executed by the parties' authorized representatives, and no oral, implied or other amendment, supplement or modification shall be of any force or effect whatsoever.
