Network Customer definition

Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Although NR Interconnection Service does not convey a reservation of Transmission Service, any Network Customer can utilize Network Integration Transmission Service under the Tariff to obtain delivery of energy from the Generating Facility in the same manner as it accesses Network Resources.

  • Although CNR Interconnection Service and NR Interconnection Service do not convey a reservation of transmission service, any Network Customer can utilize its network service under the Tariff to obtain delivery of capability from the Interconnection Customer’s Small Generating Facility in the same manner as it accesses Capacity Network Resources and Network Resources.

Network Customer. A Participant or Non-Participant receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Network Integration Transmission Service under Part II and Part VI of the Tariff.
