National Intelligence means data or information determined to meet the definition stated in 50 U.S.C. §3003 (5): Provided, That Fusion Center activities and operations relating to National Intelligence shall at all times strictly abide by all restrictions and prohibitions against conducting non-law enforcement intelligence operations against U.S. citizens persons lawfully in the United States as set forth in federal or state law or in contravention of the Constitution of the United States, including, but not limited to, 50 U.S.C. §3036(d)(1).
National Intelligence means integrated intelligence that covers the broad aspects of national policy and national security of special concern to strategic decision-making at national level;

The MECOD document, published by ATIS (0404120-00X), contains recommended guidelines for processing orders for access service which is to be provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC). "N-1 Carrier" means the Carrier in the call routing process immediately preceding the terminating Carrier.
