Mortgage Properties definition

Mortgage Properties means the Oil and Gas Properties described in one or more duly executed, delivered and filed Mortgages evidencing a first and prior Lender Lien in favor of Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties and subject only to the Permitted Liens.
Mortgage Properties means, collectively, the properties identified in Exhibit D-1 to the 1994 Credit Agreement, the NEN Mortgage Properties, the New Britain Mortgage Properties and any additional real property Acquired by any Obligor after the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date if such real property is financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of PAD Loans hereunder or Permitted Additional Debt incurred as permitted by Section 8.07(e) hereof, PROVIDED that from and after the date of the Disposition of any of the foregoing properties, there shall be excluded from Mortgage Properties the properties so Disposed of.
Mortgage Properties has the meaning specified in Section 6.14(b)(ii).

Mortgage Properties means the Immovable Property and the Movable Property of the Company, which is being mortgaged in terms of this Deed;
