• Prior to commencing construction of a Project, Company shall provide to Town: (i) evidence that Company has obtained the Required Permits; and (ii) a copy of the construction contract for each of the Mixed-Use Project and the Infrastructure Project, which, in the case of the construction contract for the Infrastructure Project, shall be subject to the reasonable approval of the Town Bodies.
