Mine area means mining areas, processing factory areas, storage area for mineral or warehouse, wastewater pounds, hauling road, settlement areas, office buildings, workshop areas, warehouses for storage of explosive and chemical substances used for mining and production;
Mine area has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Mine area means the land area from which overburden isstripped and ore is removed prior to moving the ore to the beneficiation area.

Mine area means the Xxxx Xxxxx, consisting of former uranium mines and associated structures and lands, collectively encompassing approximately 40 acres, plus roads, washes and other areas in the vicinity impacted by past mining and hauling activities related to the Xxxx Xxxxx.
