Member of the Controlled Group definition

Member of the Controlled Group means each trade or business, whether or not incorporated, that would be treated as a single employer with Company under Section 4001 of ERISA or Section 414(b), (c), (m) or (o) of the Code.

Member of the Controlled Group means each trade or business, whether or not incorporated, which would be treated as a single employer with PickAx or any Subsidiary under Section 4001 of ERISA or Section 414(b), (c), (m) or (o) of the Code.
