Master Production Record definition

Master Production Record means the documentation developed by LWI that contains a detailed description of a Process and any other instructions to be followed by LWI in the production of a Product.
Master Production Record or “MPR” means the document, proposed by LONZA and approved by PROTEON, that defines the manufacturing methods, test methods, specifications, materials, and other procedures, directions and controls associated with the manufacture and testing of Drug Substance. The Master Production Record shall also include or incorporate by reference, without limitation, such information as Materials Specifications, in process and final Drug Substance sampling standards, equipment and instrumentation specifications and standard operating procedures, including, without limitation, standard operating procedures for in-process quality control testing.
Master Production Record means, with respect to any particular PRODUCT, the formal set of instructions for PRODUCTION of such PRODUCT.

Examples of Master Production Record in a sentence

  • CLIENT will inform LWI of any specific requirements CLIENT may have relating to the Master Production Record, including, without limitation, any information or procedures CLIENT wishes to have incorporated therein.

  • LWI will package and label the Product for shipment in accordance with the Master Production Record and LWI’s standard practices in effect at the time of performance by LWI.

  • If LWI intends to include in the Master Production Record the use of any assay, medium, or other technology that is not commercially available, LWI will inform CLIENT of such intention and the Parties will meet to discuss and attempt to agree in good faith on the terms of use of such non-commercially available materials or technology in the Process.

  • LWI will retain possession of the Master Production Record, all Batch Records and LWI Operating Documents, and will make copies thereof available to CLIENT upon CLIENT’s request and at CLIENT’s expense.

  • CBSW warrants that any Product manufactured by CBSW pursuant to this Agreement, at the time of delivery pursuant to Section 6.3: (a) conforms to the applicable Specifications; (b) was manufactured in accordance with the applicable Master Production Record; (c) was manufactured in accordance with cGMP (collectively, the "Product Warranties").

Master Production Record means Inex's complete detailed manufacturing and control instructions and specifications for the manufacture of the Product, as defined by Regulatory Requirements, as amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties. The current Master Production Record is identified as set out in Exhibit 1.1.44.
