Managed Amortization Period definition

Managed Amortization Period means the period from the Closing Date to the Rapid Amortization Commencement Date.
Managed Amortization Period. With respect to the Notes, the period commencing on the first Payment Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (x) the 180th Payment Date and (y) the first Payment Date following the occurrence of a Rapid Amortization Event with respect to the Notes.
Managed Amortization Period for each class of Notes shall mean the period beginning on the Closing Date and, unless a Rapid Amortization Event (i.e., certain events of default or other material non-compliance by the Sponsor under the terms of the related transaction documents) shall have earlier occurred, through and including the Payment Date in October 2010.
