Majority Investors definition

Majority Investors means, as of any date, the holders of a majority of the Investor Shares outstanding on such date.
Majority Investors means, at any time, each of the Alternate Investors which hold Commitments aggregating in excess of 50% of the Maximum Net Investment as of such date (or, if the Commitments shall have been terminated, one or more Alternate Investors whose aggregate pro rata shares of the Net Investment exceed 50% of the aggregate share of the Net Investment held by all Alternate Investors).

More Definitions of Majority Investors

Majority Investors shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.1(a) hereof.
Majority Investors means (i) the holders of not less than 70% of the outstanding shares of Series B Preferred Stock, (ii) the holders of not less than 70% of the outstanding shares of Series B-2 Preferred Stock and (ii) the Senior Majority (as defined in the Series A-1 Certificate), collectively.
