Major Works definition

Major Works means the construction or provision of —

Major Works means any enhancement, expansion, connection, pigging or substantial work that the Operator needs to undertake on the DBNGP and that:

Major Works means works by any person requiring the closure, diversion or regulation of any roads serving the Wilton Complex;

More Definitions of Major Works

Major Works means any enhancement, expansion, connection, pigging or substantial work that Operator needs to undertake on the DBNGP and that:

Major Works means works which lead to material changes, additions or modifications to the structure, operation, machinery, equipment, buildings or any other aspect of the store which alter how flammable liquids and fuels are stored, dispensed, or accessed. This includes, inter alia, additional pumps, the stocking of new fuels, the addition of new or differently sized tanks, whether underground or other, transfer or relocation of pumps, tanks or other equipment, the expansion of any structures on the site, the addition of structures/equipment such as car washes and tyre pumps, and changes to the entrance and exit which alter the path of vehicles through the store;

Major Works means any enhancement, expansion, connection, pigging or other work that the (sic) Epic Energy needs to undertake on the DBNGP that –

Major Works means any work that is not a Minor Renovation or Cosmetic

Major Works. Means maintenance or construction Work in, on, along, over, across or under the Transport Corridor, which includes Works undertaken in any of the following situations:

Major Works means new infrastructure development, major refurbishment and/or major equipment purchase managed by Capital Works Branch.

Major Works shall have the meaning given in Clause 9.10;
