Load Reduction definition

Load Reduction has the meaning set forth in Section IX.6 of this Agreement.
Load Reduction is the reduction (in MW) in the level at which electricity is taken from the network at the connection points specified in Item 3.
Load Reduction means the ability to reduce customer demand by load curtailment and load shedding; “losses” means the technical or resistive energy losses incurred on the transmission system;

Examples of Load Reduction in a sentence

  • During the Term of this Agreement, subject to any dispatch limitations and the notification requirements as set forth in Section 4.3, APS shall have the right, but not the obligation, to schedule a Program Event pursuant to the Committed Load Reduction schedule set forth in Appendix G.

  • In the event that Seller fails to achieve the Committed Load Reduction during any Event, the following remedies will apply.

  • Notwithstanding Section 4.9, any changes to the Committed Load Reduction must be mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing and signed by both parties.

  • Such Capacity Retest shall include a retest of each Notification Period of Committed Load Reduction as described in Section 4.3. Buyer shall call the Capacity Retest for each Notification Period after Seller notifies Buyer of its desire for a retest.

Load Reduction means load ordinarily supplied by the Company that is displaced by use of on-site generation and/or reduced by the Customer at the direction of and for the hours specified by the NYISO under NYISO SCR procedures.

Related to Load Reduction

  • extended reduction means a reduction under this scheme for which a person is eligible under Part 12 (extended reductions);

If an Appraisal Reduction Event occurs with respect to any Serviced Mortgage Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination, then an Appraisal Reduction Event shall be deemed to have occurred with respect to the related Serviced Companion Loan(s). If an Appraisal Reduction Event occurs with respect to any Serviced Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination, then an Appraisal Reduction Event shall be deemed to have occurred with respect to the related Serviced Mortgage Loan and any other Serviced Companion Loan(s) included as part of that Serviced Loan Combination. No Appraisal Reduction Event may occur at any time when the aggregate Certificate Balance of all Classes of Principal Balance Certificates (other than the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-AB Certificates) has been reduced to zero. The Special Servicer shall notify the Master Servicer and the Master Servicer shall notify the Special Servicer, as applicable, promptly upon the occurrence of any of the foregoing events.

  • Available Flowgate Capability or “AFC” shall mean the rating of the applicable Flowgate less the projected loading across the applicable Flowgate less TRM and CBM.
