Lead Securitization definition

Lead Securitization means, if the First Securitization is the Note A-1 Securitization, such Securitization; provided that, if any other Securitization occurs prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, then the First Securitization shall be the Lead Securitization until such time as the Note A-1 Securitization occurs.
Lead Securitization means the Securitization of Note A-1 in a Securitization Trust to be designated by the Initial Note A-1 Holder.
Lead Securitization means (a) during the period from and after the Securitization of any Non-Lead Securitization Note and prior to the Securitization of Note A-1, the Securitization of the first Note or portion thereof, and (b) on and after the Securitization of Note A-1, the Securitization of Note A-1.

  • The Note Holders hereby agree that, upon the request of the Lead Securitization Note Holder, each Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Lead Securitization Note Holder all and every such further deeds, conveyances and instruments as the Lead Securitization Note Holder may reasonably request for the better assuring and evidencing of the foregoing appointment and grant.

Lead Securitization means the Note A-1 Securitization.
Lead Securitization means:
Lead Securitization means the first sale by the Lead Securitization Note Holder of all or a portion of the Lead Securitization Note to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of the Lead Securitization Note as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.

Lead Securitization means the Securitization in which the Lead Note is deposited.
Lead Securitization shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
