Joint Patent definition

Joint Patent means a Patent that claims a Joint Invention.
Joint Patent has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(c).
Joint Patent means a patent that issues from a Joint Patent Application.

  • During the Term, for any action to terminate any infringement of any Licensed TARP8 Patent, Primary TARP8 Patent or Joint Patent, if a Party (the initiating Party) is unable to initiate or prosecute such action solely in its own name, the other Party (the non-initiating Party) will join such action and will execute and cause its Affiliates to execute all documents necessary for the initiating Party to initiate litigation to prosecute and maintain such action.

  • Xxxxxxx will have the sole right to respond to and control any Patent Proceeding with respect to any Xxxxxxx-Prosecuted TARP8 Patent, Xxxxxxx Reserved TARP8 Patent, Licensed TARP8 Patent (other than any Joint Patent) or Licensed nACh Assay Patent.
