Investor Party has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.

Investor Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.1.

Examples of Investor Party in a sentence

Such indemnity shall remain in full force and effect regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of the Investor Party and shall survive the transfer of any of the Registrable Securities by the Investor pursuant to Section 9.
Each Investor Party, as a condition to receiving indemnification as provided in Section 8.1, will cooperate in all reasonable respects with the Company in the defense of any action or claim as to which indemnification is sought.
