Company may allow its employees, agents and other users to access the Internet Services on Customer's behalf, provided Customer communicates the terms and conditions of this Agreement to all potential users, and obtains from each user a substantively equivalent agreement that limits the liability of THE SWITCH and its Internet Service Provider (hereafter, “ISP”) as described in these terms and conditions.
