Injection Rate definition

Injection Rate means the quantity of gas that can be injected into the Storage Facility per unit of time; the Injection Rate varies depending in particular on the volume of gas stored in the Storage Facility, on the pressure in the Storage Facility and on the technical capabilities of the Storage Facility and of the Gas Facility linked to the Storage Facility, where for the purpose of this definition the unit of time means the Gas Day;
Injection Rate means the maximum natural gas quantity per hour in kWh/h which the storage customer may inject at the take-over point of a given storage facility according to the storage contract and taking into account the Technical Framework Conditions according to Annex III of these General Terms and Conditions.
Injection Rate means the maximum Natural Gas quantity per Hour in kWh/h which EGD can make available to the Storage Customer according to the Storage Contract taking into account the Technical Specifications in Annex I to these GTCSS and with which the Storage Customer may inject Natural Gas at the Take Over Point.

More Definitions of Injection Rate

Injection Rate means the daily rate at which PALS Account Holder can deliver gas to its PALS Account at the PALS point, as specified on each Exhibit "A" to a PALS Contract.

  • Infiltration rate means the rate of water entry into the soil expressed as a depth of water per unit of time (e.g., inches per hour).

  • emission factor means the average emission rate of a greenhouse gas relative to the activity data of a source stream assuming complete oxidation for combustion and complete conversion for all other chemical reactions;

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • CD Base Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • Blendstock means and includes any petroleum product component of motor fuel, such as naphtha, reformate, or toluene; or any oxygenate that can be blended for use in a motor fuel.

  • Plasma arc incinerator means any enclosed device using a high intensity electrical discharge or arc as a source of heat followed by an afterburner using controlled flame combustion and which is not listed as an industrial furnace.

  • Recycled water or “reclaimed water” means treated or recycled waste water of a quality suitable for non-potable uses such as landscape irrigation and water features. This water is not intended for human consumption.

  • Ozone-depleting substance means any substance the Environmental Protection Agency designates in 40 CFR part 82 as--
