Initial Portfolio definition

Initial Portfolio means the initial portfolio of Receivables, comprising Eligible Assets, purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.

Initial Portfolio means the Initial Cariparma Portfolio, the Initial Carispe Portfolio or the Initial BPF Portfolio as the case may be

Initial Portfolio means the Initial CA Italia Portfolio or the Initial CA Friuladria Portfolio as the case may be.

• From the proceeds of that loan, Funding paid the Initial Consideration to the Seller as consideration in part for the assignment by the Seller to the Mortgages Trustee of the Initial Portfolio pursuant to the Mortgage Sale Agreement.

• New Loans may only be added in the Initial Portfolio or, as the case may be, the relevant New Portfolio if they are originated in accordance with the lending criteria applicable at the time the relevant Loan is offered and if the conditions contained in this Agreement have been satisfied.

More Definitions of Initial Portfolio

Initial Portfolio means, collectively, the Initial Communities, the Rental Homes Fleet and certain ancillary assets, including the REIT’s head office property.
