Year-End Financial Statements has the meaning specified in Section 4.5.
Company Audited Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11.
Consolidated Financial Statements means, with respect to any Person, collectively, the consolidated financial statements and notes to those financial statements, of that Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries prepared in accordance with GAAP.
Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

Audited financial statement means a financial statement audited by an outside accounting firm.
Audited Financial Statements means the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, and the related consolidated statements of income or operations, shareholders’ equity and cash flows for such fiscal year of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the notes thereto.
Laboratory or “LANL” means the geographical location of Los Alamos National Laboratory, a federally funded research and development center owned by the DOE / NNSA.
Nail technician means any person who for compensation manicures or pedicures natural nails, or who performs artificial nail services for compensation, or any combination thereof.

Good Engineering Practice means, Works carried out in accordance with the following standards/ specifications,

Environmental Standards means regulations or certification specifications governing the certification of designs with regard to noise characteristics and exhaust emissions of civil aeronautical products and appliances.
Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.
Total state aid or “total state school aid” means the total combined amount of all funds due to a district, intermediate district, or other entity under all of the provisions of this act.
Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.
ASTM means the American Society for Testing and Materials.
