In-Service Date definition

In-Service Date means the date on which the Facility and System Modifications (if applicable) are complete and ready for service, even if the Facility is not placed in service on or by that date.
In-Service Date means the date on which the Customer specifies service is to be available or the date the service is actually available, whichever is later;
In-Service Date means the first day of the month following the date on which Carrier’s System is available to accept Shipper’s Crude Petroleum for transportation services in accordance with the terms of this tariff and the TGSA, if applicable.

Examples of In-Service Date in a sentence

  • Trial Operation shall mean the period(s) during which Connecting Transmission Owner or Transmission Developer, as applicable, is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the NYPA Transmission Facilities or Network Upgrade Facilities prior to the In-Service Date.

  • Warranty periods are as follows: (i) hardware: 12 months, beginning on the In-Service Date for Avaya-installed hardware and on the Delivery Date for all other hardware; and (ii) Software and Software media: 90 days, beginning on the In-Service Date for Avaya-installed Software; the Subscription License Term Start Date as set forth in the SLS; or the Delivery Date for all other Software and media.

  • Subsequent to the In-Service Date, the Transmission Developer shall provide Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO any information changes concerning the NYPA Transmission Facilities due to equipment replacement, repair, or adjustment.

  • Prior to the In-Service Date of the NYPA Transmission Facilities or Network Upgrade Facilities, as applicable, the Connecting Transmission Owner or Transmission Developer, as specified in Appendix A, shall test the NYPA Transmission Facilities and Network Upgrade Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation.

  • The definition of In-Service Date (ISD) is project specific and is defined at Main Gate and approved by Ministers.


More Definitions of In-Service Date

In-Service Date means the date on which the generating facility and any related facilities are complete and ready for service, even if the generating facility is not placed in service on or by that date.
In-Service Date or “Full Service Date” means the date on which the Company specifies the Service Connection is to be available;
In-Service Date means the date on which a Settlement Class Vehicle was delivered to the first retail purchaser or lessee; or if the vehicle was first placed in service as a “demonstrator” or “company” car, then the date on which the vehicle was placed in such service.
In-Service Date means (i) in relation to a Programme Vehicle, the date on which depreciation commences with regard to such Vehicle in accordance with the terms of the relevant Vehicle Dealer Buy-Back Agreement or Vehicle Manufacturer Buy-Back Agreement and (ii) in relation to a Non-Programme Vehicle, the date on which such Vehicle is first available to be placed in service under the terms of the relevant Master Lease Agreement.
In-Service Date shall be the date, as reflected in Exhibit “B”, that the TIF will be ready to connect to the GIF.
In-Service Date means the date on which (i) Seller provides notice to Buyer that the Facility is in service and the Facility is capable of regular commercial operation and (ii) Buyer accepts such declaration. Seller shall provide Buyer with notice of the actual In-Service Date, as well as a final description of the Facility including its size, Installed Capacity, and final Maximum Annual Quantity (if necessary to adjust downwards per Section 3.3.2).
In-Service Date means (a) with respect to Train 1 and Train 2, the date when the Independent Engineer shall have certified in writing to the Senior Facility Agent that “Ready for Startup” and “Substantial Completion” (as defined in the Train 1 and Train 2 EPC Contract) of such Train has occurred and (b) with respect to the EPC Contract with respect to any other Train, the date when the Independent Engineer shall have certified in writing to the Senior Facility Agent that “substantial completion” (based on the corresponding defined term in such EPC Contract) of such Train has occurred.
