Implementing Entity definition

Implementing Entity means the [Implementing Entity] that is the party to this Agreement and the recipient of the Grant;

Implementing Entity has the meaning provided paragraph 4(d) of Part B of Annex I. Implementing Entity Agreement has the meaning provided in paragraph 4(d) of Part B of Annex I. Indicators has the meaning provided in paragraph 3(a) of Xxxxx XXX.

More Definitions of Implementing Entity
