Immediate Family is defined in Article 4.07 and repeated here for convenience: includes the Nurse’s father, mother, step-mother, step-father, guardian, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, spouse, child, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, step child, or xxxx of the Nurse, grandparent, step-grandparent or grandchild or step-grandchild of the Nurse and a relative permanently residing in the Nurse’s household or with whom the Nurse permanently resides.
Unpaid Carer’s Leave As per the NES and Fair Work Act, 2 days of unpaid carer’s leave for each occasion when a member of the Employee’s Immediate Family or Household requires care or support because of a personal illness, personal injury, or unexpected emergency affecting the member.
